Course Title: Neuroethology

Course Description: Concentrates on the mechanisms underlying behavior of model invertebrates and lower vertebrates. Aims to develop a framework to explain behavior in terms of properties and connectivity of neuronal circuits. Topics include cellular biology of neurons and neuronal circuits, the organization of sensory and motor systems, and field and lab analysis of simple behaviors.
